“ 06/23 10am We went to the stand on college road this morning, When we pulled up, there was 5-6 cars per side, we didn't wait any longer then normal during a busy time, im sure morningcoffeeand breakfast. When we got up to the window this poor girl was working by herself, she didn't even give any excuses, all she said was, I'm so sorry for the wait, with a smile on her face. After asking her, she said her co-worker called out sick and she couldn't get a hold of anyone to come in. She was taking orders, making food, drinks and cashiering all while making conversation with a smile on her face, this girl rocked it, some people have it and some don't, Alex definitely has what it takes to work under pressure! I was so impressed just in the short time I was there, I wanted to go inside and help her. I just can't believe she was left on her own for an entire shift. Crazy!! Our drinks were so good, definitely didn't lack quality! Thank you Alex!! ”
“ They are so fast at what they do and they can put out a good coffee at the same time. All of their Bagel sandwiches are fantastic. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Fairbanks. The only unfortunate part is because they are so good their lines are long during rush hour times. But when I got time I'll still wait through four cars. What's crazy that even in the winter when it's below -20F some of them will even go out of the booth and take orders outside. ”

The person who took my order was very friendly and kind. They were out of Mayan Mocha so she suggested a cinnamon one, which was delicious. The cream cheese was nice fluffy, soft and very fresh.
